What To Expect

Arriving at the Sheraton guests register and receive a unique auction number. While dining on the Chef’s favorite creations and sipping on fine wines guests may browse the silent auction items. A slip of paper is attached to every item with bid amounts written in. To bid, guests write their auction number on the paper next to the bid amount. The highest bidder gets the item. A guest may put their number in the “take it now” box. That closes the bidding and the guest gets that item.

The live auction features the chef’s packages and items like travel or special designer jewelry. Here the bidders show their auction number to have their bid recognized. Highest bid wins.

At the end of the event, guests pay for the items they won. The items are packaged (usually in original boxes) for the guests to take home.
